Welcome to Leisure at Cwmbran

Leisure at Cwmbran is currently under construction and due to be completed Summer 2008, it will provide a multi venue facility providing leisure activities for all the family to enjoy – something that is currently lacking in the general catchment area.

Leisure @ Cwmbran is strategically located to serve a substantial and untapped leisure catchment, which to the north encompasses the whole of the Sirhowy Valley and Torfaen County Borough area including Abergavenny, Monmouth, Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Usk, Pontypool etc. and to the south, the Newport, which at present is only served by a stand alone Multiplex located on the extreme eastern edge of the city.

The scheme will have the most modern and dominant Multiplex and Bowl facilities in the South East Wales area.

The scheme has easy access to the valley roads to the north and the M4 motorway and Newport to the south. In addition however, given its location adjoining Cwmbran Town Centre, it also benefits from the significant trade generated from the shopper’s foot flow. Cwmbran Town Centre is wholly owned by The Prudential and is anchored by retailers including House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Next, TK Maxx, etc.

Leisure @ Cwmbran is extremely accessible by car or public transport. The Bus Station is directly in front of the scheme and the Railway Station is to the rear. In terms of private vehicle access, Cwmbran Town Centre is unique in South Wales, having 3,000 free car park spaces, which will also be available to customers of the leisure scheme.
